Issue No. 11

Branding and templates

Upload your firm's letterhead, manage multiple templates, and export documents with your branding applied automatically.

Your letterhead, every document

Every document you export from Parachute can now carry your firm’s branding. Upload a Word document with your letterhead - headers, footers, page layout, fonts - and Parachute applies it automatically at export time. No more copying and pasting into a branded template after the fact.

You can upload multiple templates and set one as the default. When you export, pick the letterhead you want or choose “No branding” if you’d rather keep it clean.

Branding page

There’s a new branding page under your account settings where you manage everything in one place: upload your firm’s logo, add letterhead templates, rename them, set a default, or remove ones you no longer need.

Logos appear across the app and in client-facing engagements. Templates are scoped to your organisation, so everyone on the team has access to the same set.

Templates as context

Templates aren’t just for export. You can now mention a template in chat using @template-name, and Parachute will use its structure and content as context when drafting. If you draft from a template, that template is remembered and offered as the default branding option when you export.
