Free plan for law firms
Parachute now has a free tier for law firms. You get a limited number of credits each month, enough to try drafting, review, and chat without committing to a paid plan. When you’re ready for more, upgrading is a couple of clicks.
Help center
We launched the Parachute help center. It covers everything from getting started to feature walkthroughs, guides for law firms, and integration setup. The docs are searchable, and we’ll keep adding to them as the product grows.
Editor upgrade
We upgraded the core editor from TipTap v2 to v3. This is a major version bump that touches nearly every part of the document editing experience. You probably won’t notice anything different, and that’s the point. What you will notice over time is better performance, fewer edge cases, and a more reliable foundation for the features we’re building next.
Status page
You can now check whether Parachute is up and running at status.goparachute.ai. It tracks uptime across the platform and will show any ongoing incidents. Bookmark it if you ever want to check before reaching out to support.
